Coteaux du Giennois is a small yet distinctive wine appellation in the upper Loire Valley of France, nestled just above Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. Known for its fresh and expressive Sauvignon Blancs, with its flinty soils and cool climate, Coteaux du Giennois wines showcase bright acidity, mineral finesse, and aromatic purity — making them a hidden gem for Loire wine lovers.

This cuvee comes from estate-grown parcels of limestone and flint soils, cold settle & naturally fermented (no added yeast) to reveal the expression of the terroir, and the long agings reveal the aromatic complexity.

Beautiful expression of Sauvignon Blanc with floral and quince notes. Dry and refined, with a sleek, mineral-bolstered structure. Expect the flavors to echo the bouquet—floral blossom, orchard fruits, and saline clarity—all nestled in sustained freshness.
