Savoury and red fruited with sweet plum, blackberry and blackcurrant, dark cherry, sage, clove and cola nut. Medium weighted and fine boned with soft cedary tannins and bright acidity. Undertones of leather and dry tobacco leaf emerge subtly through the finish.

The 2012 Sena is half Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Carmenere, Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. Bright and focused, with a nose mixing red fruit, it is also bright-colored, with ripe black fruit and balsamic notes in the shape of tobacco and cedar wood, with a medium-bodied palate, very good freshness and acidity, sophisticated, polished and fine-grained tannins. This is still a baby, but the silky texture makes it accessible now, while the complexity should come with more time.

Sena is an authentic Chilean blend made from the finest Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot varieties. The Carmenere variety adds an evident Chilean personality to the wine. Chadwick and Mondavi searched for four long years before finding the ideal Chilean terroir in Valle de Aconcagua. There, they acquired 350 hectares of virgin hillside land, with grapes grown with a biodynamic approach. This is Chile’s finest premium wine.

Aged in stainless steel, it display a beautiful freshness in mouth, a frank attack, delicate green and lemon flavours, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi aromas. This Rosé is crafted from a classic Bordeaux blend  (60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot) and reveals a very pale pink color, delicate and brilliant with bright reflections. Intense and radiant nose of red berries a little acidic where mixes some spicy and mineral aromas reminiscent of the great origin of gravelly soil. On the palate, roundness and suppleness enveloping the fruity, refreshing and spicy acidity of Cabernet Sauvignon. Its precision and sharpness accompany a long finish, complex and tart, reminiscent of the aromas of the nose. The whole is well balanced with a lot of lightness.

This Single Vineyard wine is a blockbuster in the making. L’Argnée shows a beautiful colour of an intense and deep red with purple reflections. The nose offers a superb aromatic expression combining fruity notes of fresh blackberries and aromas of black truffle. The palate is complex, smooth and round, with particularly silky tannins and powerful aromas of cocoa and ripe black fruit, typical of Gigondas.

Made from only the finest distillates, this exquisite brandy ages in selected oak casks, gradually developing its aromas and elegant palate. This bottle celebrates the legacy of Juan Torres Casals. In 1928, his generation became the family’s first to market Torres brandy. It is inspired in his decanter, a family heirloom that has been handed down for generations.

Fine, dark amber-coloured. A deep, warm aroma, with traces of dried fruit and nuts. It exhibits elegant hints of spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg). It is round, intensely velvety and lush on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste typical of its noble origin and aristocratic ageing.

Recent Awards:

The Lion & Dragon Rosé from Château Roubine in Provence reveals a bright, light red color in the swirled glass. When swirling the wine glass, one can perceive a first-class balance in this rosé wine, as it does not stand out on the walls of the glass, neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like. To the nose, this Château Roubine rosé wine shows all sorts of lemons, strawberries and pears. As if that weren't already impressive, the aging in large wooden barrels adds other aromas like toasted wood.

Very dark, intense ruby colour. An aroma of preserves (cherry, blackberry) and spices on a highly characteristic mineral base. During its prolonged, complex finish there’s also a hint of chocolate and tobacco.

Pepper and spice notes mingle with lifted florals, a hallmark of Balhannah fruit. Balanced, elegant, and boasting impressive length, it showcases the best of this exceptional site.

Decant and enjoy with osso buco. Ideal temperature is 16-18°C.  Cellar potential: Has the concentration and structure to develop fine tertiary characters in bottle over the next 15 years.
