Awarded silver at the 2019 San Fran World Spirits Awards, the Peddlers Barrel Aged Gin rested and refined for three months in French oak barrels that previously housed a Napa Valley Pinot Noir. With notes of smooth caramel, smoked Sichuan pepper, Pinot Noir grapes and fresh stone fruit.

The first taste of Royal Salute brings the subtleties of the nose to life. Sumptuous sweet orange marmalade flavours infused with fresh pears burst across the tongue. The second taste brings in a rich medley of spices and a nuttiness of hazelnuts that have a mouth-filling intensity and then the final warmth from hints of masculine smokiness.
Royal Salute was created in 1953 to celebrate the coronation of HRH Queen Elizabeth II. A powerful, sophisticated and opulent blend, aged for a minimum of 21 years, this Scotch whisky is named for the tradition of the 21 Gun Salute that is fired at the Tower of London for Royal celebrations.
Fine Spanish Oloroso wood and American oak are used to mature this rich, intriguingly fruity and robust oak expression, but there are many more reasons why this expression is special. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish. A truly exceptional single malt, the result not just of eighteen years of care and attention, but of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations.
Royal Salute’s Master Blender, Sandy Hyslop, created this sweet, sophisticated blend as the perfect accompaniment to fine cuisine and celebratory moments. He hand-selected only the finest blends of grain whiskies, solely matured in American oak, to produce this sublime expression of blended grain whisky – bottled for the 1st time ever in a transparent bottle for the Limited Edition release.
A grain whisky can be made from any grains, as long as it’s not 100% malted barley (which would be a Malt whisky). This might be rye, wheat, maize, or barley, both malted and unmalted. They are usually made in a column rather than double pot-distilled, and whatever they are made from, flavours tend to be sweeter and smoother than 100% Malted barley.
Juicy peach and red apple, sweet honeycomb, creamy vanilla, sugared almonds and a hint of a Spring floral bouquet. In the first experiment of its kind, Malt Master Brian Kinsman collaborated with Seb Jones, an entrepreneurial Speyside brewer, to create a new craft IPA and pioneer the way for a new kind of single malt Scotch whisky. Brewed in bespoke craft IPA barrels, this single malt expression is imbued with unique zesty citrus notes of ripe green apple, William’s pear and spring blossom. Complemented by the subtle tang of fresh hops followed by a long lasting sweetness. This malt is proof that remarkable feats can be achieved when great people get together.

A limited-edition single malt from Highland Park, Triskelion is a combination of casks that were hand-selected by three legendary Highland Park whisky-makers – Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay – and combined three principal cask types to explore the influence of wood and cask seasoning on the flavour and character of this whisky.
First-fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and first-fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads were combined and a small number of refill casks added to provide a degree of softness to the whisky’s final flavour.
The result is a complex and full-bodied expression of Highland Park – a vibrant union of rich fruit, creamy sweetness and aromatic spice, as full of character as its three makers. Full-bodied and complex whisky with notes of Seville orange, raisins, sultanas, apricots, heather honey and aromatic peat smoke throughout the palate.

With a beautiful pale pink colour, the nose stands out intense fruity and floral scents such as peach, rose and peony. The bouquet is all in progress and in a second moment appear sensations of aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage. This wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle; it offers dark ruby in the glass, blackberry, cocoa powder and crumbled sage aromas. It is smooth in the mouth, with silky tannins and black cherry, blackberry, citrus zest, milk chocolate and violet flavors that dissolve into an enduring finish.

Clear brilliant yellow colour, wonderful intensity and freshness on the nose with predominant citrus notes and aromas of white fruit, complemented by notes of tropical fruit . The entry on the palate is voluptuous and elegant, with well balanced acidity.

Yellow gold reflections, evidence of the wine’s maturity, but also of Bollinger’s vinification methods. Initial scents are full of small stone fruits, with notes of Pomme Gris, plum and Mirabelle plum, layered with a touch of honey. Aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry, and raspberry follow; a medley of red fruits dances with notes of almond. Exotic touches of mango follow, dissolving into tertiary scents of vanilla and a delicate woody aroma. On the palate the wine is plump, generous and enticing, reminiscent of Mirabelle plum jam. Texture and richness define the tasting experience. The finish blends note of chocolate and citrus fruits, bringing a touch of acidity, lengthened further by hints of schist. A hugely generous wine!
