This Chateau Laguiole Grand Cru is the latest "2020 version" of the famed waiter-style corkscrew. This model now features a "forged bee"; in other words, the bee is now an integral part of the spring (the decorated top part) instead of being soldered.

Vincent Chaperon recalls that shatter at fruit set moderated yields and that a drying east wind in the weeks before harvest helped to maintain the good sanitation necessary to wait to pick at full maturity.
