Imparting its own unique combination of characteristics onto the Chivas blend, this finish brings new and contrasting flavour notes to the spirit for the first time.

Chivas Regal first landed on the American shoreline in 1909 and took New York by storm. More than a century later, we’re paying homage to this shared history with the Chivas Extra 13 American Rye Cask. Bringing a new twist to the story, this 13-year-old blended Scotch whisky is selectively finished in American Rye Casks for an extra mellow blend. Discover long, mellow flavours that are made to be savoured in this delicate whisky. Vanilla sweetness on the nose, this showcases a fine marriage of sweet and juicy orange with creamy milk chocolate. Exceptionally smooth and mellow finish.

In the first experiment of its kind, Malt Master Brian Kinsman collaborated with Seb Jones, an entrepreneurial Speyside brewer, to create a new craft IPA and pioneer the way for a new kind of single malt Scotch whisky. Brewed in bespoke craft IPA barrels, this single malt expression is imbued with unique zesty citrus notes of ripe green apple, William’s pear and spring blossom. Complemented by the subtle tang of fresh hops followed by a long lasting sweetness. This malt is proof that remarkable feats can be achieved when great people get together.

Boulard Calvados is the first name in super-premium Calvados, the celebrated apple-based spirit unique to the Normandy region of Northern France. Boulard was Founded in the late 1820s by Pierre-August Boulard.

Produced from a blend of Calvados from the Pays d’Auge AOC aged from 2 to 5 years, the Boulard ‘Grand Solage’ is characterised by its apple fragrance and its amber colour. First-fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and first-fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads were combined and a small number of refill casks added to provide a degree of softness to the whisky’s final flavour.

The result is a complex and full-bodied expression of Highland Park – a vibrant union of rich fruit, creamy sweetness and aromatic spice, as full of character as its three makers. Originally released for the Japanese market, this special edition of Chivas Regal blended Scotch whisky was inspired by a trip that Master Distiller Colin Scott took to Japan. Part of the blend was matured in Mizunara oak casks, which is rather rare in the whisky world but always intriguing. White peach, toffee-coated pears and vanilla-rich cream. Subtly nutty. Floral and sweet palate, though hints of baking spices bring balance and body. Finish is packed with fruit, with a hint of aniseed hiding within.

Triple distilled then matured for over twelve years. our Lowland Single Malt Whisky has the tempting aroma of toasted almonds, caramelised toffee and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste. Creme brulee, a burst of citrus and the signature nuttiness and green leafiness of Auchentoshan. Smooth and sweet with hints of tangerine and lime. Gingery and slightly drying, with a pleasant lingering nuttiness.

 Deep ruby colour with purple nuances. Intense aromas of ripe black berries and black plum mixed with spices and vanilla notes. Dense and deep. Taut with an elegant structure and a tight texture. Well-integrated tannins. It is perfectly matched with red meat grilled or en sauce and all cheeses, especially the local cheeses like Epoisses or Citeaux.
