Following fermentation, the Reserva is matured for 24 months in French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop depth and complexity while integrating tertiary notes. Undisputedly symbolic of the Speri company, the Amarone Monte Sant’Urbano is a superb example of a fine, classic wine. It is an extraordinary wine with great complexity and a vigorous structure which has always been top for its elegance and quality. After carefully selecting the best bunches from the prestigious Monte Sant’Urbano vineyard, the grapes are left to dry for a long period (3-4 months depending on the vintage year). This creates a wine with plenty of structure and softness which will certainly age well.

Enticing scents of spiced plum, pipe tobacco, crushed mint, new leather and a whiff of smoke come to the forefront. The full-bodied, velvety palate boasts dried cherry, raspberry compote, star anise and a graphite note. Fine-grained tannins provide the firm but elegant framework while fresh acidity keeps it balanced.

A blend of the Bordeaux varieties par excellence, with an elegant nose, toasted notes and hints of spices imparted by oak aging. Potent upon entry, it unfolds across the palate to display great length, good tannins, lush body and a long, lingering finish.   Dark ruby red core with a mature rim. Pure nose offering some mature notes, leather, cedar wood tobacco with ripe dark berries, cassis and cherry. The palate is dense and chewy, still a youthful texture, ripe dark fruit flavours a slight herbal spiciness, a dash of oak and good length. Still youthful with potential for ageing.

With the depth and complexity that comes from being matured for 16 years in a combination of first fill oak Bourbon casks and the finest Sherry butts, this expression’s warm fruity notes are enriched by an engagingly spicy sweetness. Creamy with sweet raisin aromas and a spicy nuttiness. A smooth blend of floral and spicy flavours, paired with a sweet plum fruitiness and gentle oakiness. Gloriously long, with a warm, honeyed spiciness.

Jack Daniel’s is made in Lynchburg, Tennessee, a small town with the population of around 400, located 75 miles south-east of Nashville. Ironically, given it is home to one of the most famous whiskeys on the planet, Lynchburg is a dry county, and has been since the Prohibition era, which means that it is illegal to sell alcohol in any shop or restaurant.

Light with plenty of sweetness. There are hints of dry spice and oily nuts, a touch of smoke. Quite smooth and soft with notes of banana milkshake, a mixed nut note, a touch of caramel with creme anglaise. Sweet finish with a little cereal sweetness and toasty oak.

Delicate colour takes centre stage with a luminous pale salmon pink, enlivened by shades of orange. Mumm Cordon Rose has intense fruit aromas – fresh strawberries, cherries and redcurrants – with a swirling undercurrent of vanilla and caramel. Lively, energetic and perfectly dry in the attack, revealing hints of summer fruits yet with an unexpected arrow of precision running right through to the long savoury finish.

Jaime I is deep, rich and dark amber in colour. It displays a concentrated complex bouquet, with marked overtones of coconut, dried fruits and spices, typical of lengthy ageing. Round and lush, it has the smoothness that characterises great brandies. Jaime I is complex, majestic, with a lingering finish that leaves a velvety imprint on the palate.

It displays an intense ruby red color with garnet highlights appearing after the wine breathes. On the nose, you'll find black cherry, rose petals, and tobacco leaf, with blueberry, blackberry compote, and underbrush notes. On the palate, it is rich yet taut, with integrated acidity, fine tannins, and a flavorful mid-palate that combines dark fruit and subtle spice. The finish is long, enveloping, and clean, with a return of fruit and an earthy touch.

Pairs with flavorful dishes where fatty or smoked components meet the Pinot Noir’s freshness, such as grilled salmon with rosemary potatoes or spiced duck breast with balsamic sauce. It works well with roast white meats, mushrooms, and preparations with aromatic herbs, where the fine tannins do not overpower the dish. This Single Vineyard wine is a blockbuster in the making. L’Argnée shows a beautiful colour of an intense and deep red with purple reflections. The nose offers a superb aromatic expression combining fruity notes of fresh blackberries and aromas of black truffle. The palate is complex, smooth and round, with particularly silky tannins and powerful aromas of cocoa and ripe black fruit, typical of Gigondas.
