Created by Maurice Hennessy in 1870 for his circle of friends, X.O was born at a turning point in history and introduced a new style of cognac: bold, rich and complex. The 100 eaux-de-vie assembled to create X.O were aged for a long time – some for 30 years – to give an unparalleled robustness. Maurice Hennessy gave the name X.O to this unique ‘extra old’ cognac.
Its intense and deep amber color is a sign of its strength. Its flavors of candied fruit and its subtle and lightly spicy nose create a complete harmony: a mark of its roundness. To taste, a smooth, full sensation gives a simultaneously powerful and soft tonality with a hint of cocoa and a warm fruity presence. The long finish expresses all the complexity of the cognac’s blending and its long aging process.
On the palate, it offers opulent layers of honeyed apricot, dried citrus peel, and tropical fruits, enriched by notes of toasted almond and delicate floral nuances. Wonderfully ripe Pinot Noir that sits somewhere between the Burgundian and New World styles. Classic Pinot fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry dominate the palate with the oak just bring a hint of earthiness. Ruby red colour, beautiful play of colours, cherry and raspberry like flavours and aromas. A hint of oak from the barrique barrel ageing, well balanced, soft acidity and ripe finish. Lovely served as an aperitif, or alternatively serve with dark meats as a main course or pair with cheese.
Sourced from vineyards in Sancerre and in the Touraine, th clay-limestone terroir provides fruitness presence and a hint of spice to his Red Wine of character. 100% Pinot Noir, the Red Wine of this collection, is the result of rigorous sorting and selection of the berries before a cold pre-fermentation maceration for around 20 days.
This pinot has a brilliant ruby color with elegant flavors of red fruits, cherries and blackcurrants. Spicy notes lead to a finish that shows elegance and balance, while the fruit and subtle oak show the nobility of Pinot Noir.

Pale straw with a green tinge. Fresh, aromatic with fresh pear, stone fruit and balanced with a subtle, hint of oak. Tight and bright early picked peach and melon notes carried on a weighty palate, culminating in a fresh & crisp finish with the most interesting of oak nuances. Medium bodied, seriously delicious Australian Chardonnay!
2005 was an exceptional vintage, and Chateau Croizet-Bages display its great potential. The wine has a dark ruby color, with aromas of ripe blackcurrant and some notes of spice on the nose. Good volume in the mouth, excellent material, rich, with beautiful tannins.

The long maceration times on skins and the porous nature of the clay amphora produces quite ethereal style Cabernet. Lighter initially but very stable colour and fine tannin and with a bright aging future. Bright, medium-bodied red, haunting, ethereal, scented autumnal aromas. Mouth-filling flavours, quite supple, fine tannin, gentle, earthen and complex.

A Classic Tuscany blend of Vermentino & Trebbiano, aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, from the 700 years old Tenuta Remole estate. A brilliant straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is pleasantly fruity, with notes of ripe pear and clear scents of nectarine. The delicate floral notes of hawthorn melt in the mouth with a palatable and balanced taste. As an appealing, versatile White Wine with crisp, fruity aromas, Remole Bianco makes a wonderful aperitif wine, and is a tasty partner to generous salads and fish-based dishes as well.

This superbly elegant and stylish blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco comes from one of Tuscany’s greatest white-wine growing areas, grown in vineyards at elevations as high as 700 metres.
To the nose it is intensely flowery with frangipani and jasmine aromas mixed with the fruity notes of apricot and quince. In the glass, the wine also releases exotic scents of tropical fruit and fresh cardamom. When tasted, Pomino Bianco is flavourful and lively, with a balanced structure and persistent finish with a slight aftertaste of ripe raspberries.

Deep, dense colour with glints of violet. Very expressive nose with black fruit and subtle notes of toast. On the palate, the attack is powerful, dense and structured. The mid-palate is full-bodied, with a fine, well-balanced tannic structure. The finish has plenty of volume with superbly ripened tannins, while remaining elegant and refined, thanks to the quality of the grapes of this exceptional vintage.
Made from 84% Merlot and 16% Cabernet Franc brought up in plenty of new oak, its ruby/plum color is followed by an awesome bouquet of blackberry jam, smoked meats, licorice, truffle, and hints of chocolate. Thick, opulent, super ripe, and decadent, with a full-bodied mouthfeel that needs to be tasted to be believed, it still stays balanced and fresh on the palate and is already impossible to resist. It’s going to keep for 3+ decades.

The ‘Rarissismes‘ range is a selection of the best single vintage Cognacs in the Camus’s Cellar, a pure expression of the year, coming in a very limited volume, for a guaranteed outstanding Cognac.
Predictions for a quality crop held true after the October 1969 harvest, and the fruity Colombard and Ugni Blanc wines offering good balance contributed greatly to the exceptional qualities of this Camus Rarissimes 1969 Petite Champagne Cognac.
The precious oak notes of this venerable Cognac highlight the mysterious art of an ageing process which has successfully preserved the mineral purity of a manual harvest and the intrinsic qualities of an Eau-de-Vie. This Cognac was aged in new oak barrels almost half a century ago along the Charente river, in a cellar which has today become the Museum of Cognac.
Golden yellow with supporting hints of amber. Aromas of precious wood float above floral undertones, followed by gourmet creamy notes. Mineral and yet dense, it softens into hints of dark chocolate, raisins and candied orange.
This single barrel, bottled under Bailiff’s supervision October 1st 2014 after 45 Years in oak, drawing a mere 340L, bringing only 486 bottles available worldwide, all numbered.
Tanqueray London Dry Gin is distilled four times and has the perfect balance of four classic gin botanicals – refreshing juniper, peppery coriander, aromatic angelica and sweet liquorice. It is best enjoyed with tonic water, plenty of ice and a wedge of lime, but can be used as a great base for a wide range of cocktails.
The 2017 Haut-Brion was picked from 31 August to 29 September, the longest harvest ever, matured in 69% new oak. It has a more generous bouquet than the La Mission Haut-Brion at this point: black cherries, blueberry, a little confit fruit, hints of warm gravel and clove. It is much more restrained than the previous vintages – cooler and linear. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannin, nicely structured with more grip in the mouth than the La Mission. What it has in common with the aforementioned is a sense of symmetry. It feels very persistent with a light marine/oyster shell influence on the finish. This probably has the edge over the La Mission Haut-Brion at the moment, but intra-family competitiveness aside, it boils down to a great follow-up to the brilliant 2015 and 2016. Drink from 2022 to 2050.

This exceptional single malt has been matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak, and ex-bourbon casks.
On the nose are notes of rich vanilla, citrus peel and sweet oak, before baked custard, sweet green apple and vanilla are unveiled on the palate.
In the 2024 Edition, the prominent character of the whisky is rich vanilla at full strength of 52.4%.
When water is added and the strength is reduced to 40%, tropical fruit and lemon flavours step forward.

The blend of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Bon Bois cognacs are presented in a Baccarat crystal decanter designed by French sculptor, Serge Mansau. This in turn nests inside a wooden case enrobed in the finest, hand stitched Italian leather, and the decanter itself is sealed with a delicate leather lace and finished off with a 24 carat gold clover leaf.
Cuvee 3.140 contains a blend of 65-year guaranteed minimum age Grande Champagne – elegant, with rounded tannins, racy, full and balanced style; 39-year guaranteed minimum age Petite Champagne – soft, generous and light, imbuing the Grande Champagne with subtlety so that each develops its own notes of fruit, toast, cedar and almonds; and 36-year guaranteed minimum age Bons Bois, providing a superb balance between strength and finesse.
Excellent balance on the nose with a rare, complex vibrancy and aromatic notes of prunes, citrus fruits and delicate wood undertones. On the palate, a combination of wood and coffee is said to provide an excellent contrast between the character of the wood and freshness. The finish is long and warm with a lingering memory of dried fruit, spice, wood, flowers – jasmine in particular – and a hint of lemon.

Camus ‘Borderies’ is a Single-Estate Cognac produced exclusively from Camus’ own magnificent vineyards in the very heart of the prestigious Borderies Appellation, the oldest and smallest cru in Cognacs, representing less than 5% of the total AOC. With its 188 hectares (464 acres), Camus owns the largest extension of vineyards belonging to one single producer within the Cru. Thanks to their unique clay-limestone soil rich in flints, the parcels in the Borderies Cru give origin to a very distinctive Single Estate VSOP, with deep floral notes.

Charring is an age-old method for invigorating barrels to intensify the taste. Jameson Black Barrel is our tribute to their coopers, who painstakingly give their bourbon barrels an additional charring (aka Black Barrels) to reveal their untold richness and complexity. Because every barrel contains secrets; the trick is coaxing them out. The result is an increased body and level of richness when compared to the core expression.
Rich and fruity with notes of tropical fruits, coconut, nectarines in yoghurt, guava and a thick core of sweet cereals. Thick and full on the palate, with an intense, unctuous creaminess, alongside dates, walnuts and peels. Good peach and coconut notes, and a little cinnamon. Long finish, very fruity with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg and hints of potpourri.
