Casals Mediterranean Vermouth is a quite popular drink from Barcelona that has made an international leap. While I am more used to other brands and flavours from Barcelona, such as Miró rosé de Reus, this is a vermouth to keep an eye on. Starts with a very nice tone that falls smooth into the palate. I note that, even keeping it refrigerated, it turns a bit sweeter if not consumed quickly, which may degrade the flavour a little bit depending on personal taste.
