The Pascal Jolivet Pouilly-Fumé (traditionally nickname ‘Blanc-Fume’, for “smoky-white”) is a benchmark expression of this prestigious appellation. Since 1985, the blend of terroirs on the right bank of the Loire has been the same: 50% of flint, 30% of clay-limestone & 20% of limestone. A unique style obtained by natural 100% vinification. Masculine, fruity, timeless and complex.

The wine has plenty of zip with lemon/lime skins, straw and floral hints in the nose. Vibrant yellow colour with restrained aromas of citrus, apple and flint. It is precise and layered with clean, driving acidity, elegance and finesse.  Great with smoked salmon, shellfish, grilled fish, vegetable dishes or goats' cheese.
