Pascal Jolivet is a revered name in the world of Loire Valley wines, known for producing exquisite expressions of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Founded by Pascal Jolivet himself, this esteemed winery is dedicated to crafting wines that reflect the purity and terroir of their vineyard sites.

Sourced from vineyards in Sancerre and in the Touraine, th clay-limestone terroir provides fruitness presence and a hint of spice to his Red Wine of character. 100% Pinot Noir, the Red Wine of this collection, is the result of rigorous sorting and selection of the berries before a cold pre-fermentation maceration for around 20 days.

This pinot has a brilliant ruby color with elegant flavors of red fruits, cherries and blackcurrants. Spicy notes lead to a finish that shows elegance and balance, while the fruit and subtle oak show the nobility of Pinot Noir.
