Chablis 'La Pierrelee' is a refined white wine from Domaine La Chablisienne, crafted from Chardonnay grapes in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France. Known for its crisp minerality, this wine expresses vibrant notes of green apple, citrus, and white flowers with a clean, refreshing finish. The limestone-rich soils, typical of the Chablis region, contribute to its distinct flinty character. It pairs well with seafood, poultry, and light cheeses, making it a versatile choice for various occasions.

A beautiful, Classic Chablis: light, crisp, mineral and without oak, with a nicely developed bouquet with lingering aromas of flower and citrus. Opens with lightly spiced, white orchard fruits with a fresh mineral touch. On aeration, a subtle, mineral note appears. Good persistence. Fresh and full in the mouth with a delicate mineral tension. Long mineral finish. A superb Chablis with great character.
