The estate’s commitment to sustainable farming and minimal-intervention winemaking ensures purity of fruit and a true expression of place, with every vintage emphasizing balance, precision, and freshness. Aged from over 6 months in a mix of French oak barrels & steel tanks before blending and bottling.

Displays a vibrant purple hue with aromas of fresh crushed berries and a delicate violet lift. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and balanced by refreshing natural acidity, offering a juicy, fruit-forward core supported by supple, integrated tannins.
