This medium-bodied Australian Chardonnay has a beautiful pale straw color. It greets you with bright notes of early-picked peach and melon, filling the palate with a delightful freshness. The finish is soft and refreshing, with complex nuances of oak adding depth to the wine.

The wine undergoes a cool fermentation process over two weeks, with most of it fermented in French oak. After fermentation, it is matured on fine yeast lees for eight months to enhance palate weight and texture. The entire blend undergoes malolactic fermentation, contributing to its length and complexity.
