An elegant expression of Argentina’s high-altitude terroir. Sourced from organic vineyard in Gualtallary, Tupungato (Uco Valley) — one of Mendoza’s most prestigious subregions — this Chardonnay reflects purity and minerality shaped by the area’s calcareous soils and cool Andean climate. After a careful, selective harvest, the wines are aged in a combination of stainless-steel tanks and French oak barrels – with no or Minimal Malolactic Fermentation: To maintain the wine’s natural tension and vibrant acidity.

Vibrant citrus and lime fruit alongside notes of chalk, minerals, and stones. The palate is linear and high in acidity, yet naturally textured and medium-bodied, with subtle layers of stone fruit, floral tones, and a hint of toast. A touch of phenolic grip adds a refreshing bite to the long, mineral finish — a precise and balanced expression of Argentina’s modern cool-climate winemaking.
