AOP Sable de Camargue is located on France's Mediterranean coast in the unique Camargue region, between Arles, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and Aigues-Mortes. Its vineyards are planted on sandy, mineral-rich alluvial soils just a few metres above sea level, where abundant sunshine, cooling sea breezes and a Mediterranean climate produce wine of exceptional freshness, elegance and distinctive saline minerality.

This wine is crafted by direct pressing and cool fermentation to preserve their delicate aromas. They display vibrant floral notes of hibiscus, orange blossom and frangipani, complemented by citrus, red fruit and a fresh, saline finish. These elegant rosés pair beautifully with grilled sea bass, pork with herbs, fresh cheeses, or summer salads featuring melon and mint.

Colour: Delicate pale-peach colour, with subtle silver highlights.

Aroma: With a beautiful minerality, the nose offers a very fresh aromatic bouquet with notes of bergamot and a saline touch that reminds of sea spray.

Palate: Round and harmonious, the palate is perfectly well balanced between the delicacy of the fruit and the minerality, with, as always, very beautiful freshness and a seductive liveliness underlined by aromas of lime zest. An elegant wine dominated by its remarkable freshness.
