Bottles Reward Program FAQs
It’s easy! Create an account with us, and you’ll automatically be a member of the Bottles Reward program and receive 1000 points.
The Bottles Reward Program allows you to earn as you go. From wines and spirits to beers and coffee, every time you shop with us, you will be rewarded and enjoy access to exclusive offers.
Once you sign up for the Bottle Reward program, you will automatically join our Drinks Explorer level and receive 1000 welcome points. Then, for every RM1 you spend, you'll receive a minimum of 1 point. You can also earn points if you follow us on Facebook or Instagram, when you refer a friend and when you celebrate your birthday.
Redeeming your points to shop couldn’t be easier. Just log in to your online Bottles Rewards account to redeem your points for your discount code and shop away. 100 points is equal to RM1. So every time you collect 1000 points, it will be converted into RM10.
To check your Bottles Rewards points balance, simply log in to your online account and track your balance.
You can share your referral link via Facebook, Instagram and email through the loyalty panel. You can also share it by copying and pasting the referral link into other social media platforms, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to the store's page, where they'll have to enter their email address in a prompt to get their reward/discount code via e-mail. Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at the checkout.
Your Bottles Reward points will expire after one year, so we always suggest using your account to keep your points active.
If you invited a friend to join the Bottles Reward program and your points haven’t shown up on your rewards account, they will likely haven't completed a purchase of RM250 or more. Please contact us if you've confirmed the referral was successful and still haven't received your points.
